Refund policy

At Alpha Labs UK, we are committed to delivering high-quality research products and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. While all of our items are intended strictly for research purposes and are not for human or veterinary use, we understand that on rare occasions, issues may arise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and must be returned in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards unless they are found to be faulty.

To begin the return process, please contact us at Alpha.labs@hotmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend completing the return for the original product and placing a new order for the desired item separately.

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing Alpha.labs@hotmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will promptly assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, either through a replacement or a full refund.
