Shipping policy

At Alpha Labs UK, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and discreet shipping for all research orders. We understand the importance of timely delivery, which is why we aim to dispatch all orders promptly from our UK facility, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

We offer 1st Class Tracked Shipping for all orders. This service provides a balance of speed and security, allowing you to monitor your delivery with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

For added convenience and value, we offer free shipping on all orders over £80. Orders under this amount will be charged a flat £5.15 shipping fee, which covers 1st Class Tracked delivery across the UK. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Please note that while we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Alpha.labs@hotmail.com, providing your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the packaging or product. We will work quickly to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, whether that be a replacement or a refund.
